I loved it! I received 4 wax packs for free. There are instructions and a transparent cover on the warmer. Cleanup is easy thanks to the removable pot. The half of my one bag was enough to wax my underarms and I had plenty of material It took about 10 minutes to heat up the wax to maximum temperature, then I lowered it to the lowest setting, but I had to raise the temperature a little after I started because the wax was cooling so quickly.
I tipped everything off at one time. To capture any little stragglers remaining, I used tweezers. You don't have to worry about sticky fingers. *This is a great product. It does what it's supposed to do. Choosing to wax the Nether Region is a great deal at this price. It's time for the next step!.

My 16yo daughter decided to take matters into her own hands first and foremost it's a cute little warmer but the wax just doesn't melt hot enough I mean it's creamy but a little tough to apply. . . it's a good buy for beginners I would recommend it.

Unless I want to go into a Karen mode, the only downside is one of my spray bottles does not have the cap, so I have to pull it out and attach it to another one to use. But nothing to put me in a Karen mode! It is an excellent wax machine, and I use it for my underarms, bikini area, arms, and legs. (My daughter even enjoys having her underarms waxed! 1) It heats up well, and I keep it between 180 and 200 This is a good product to get as a start up, but you will want to buy another wax to continue using it.
