They are, in fact, pre-cut. There is no glue in them.

There is a dispenser, but I am not sure if there are any clips.

I had a bad experience with this vendor's product.br>I bought the same brand from a hair store because they don't tear as easily and have more elasticity, and I now buy the black strips.

They usually do what they're supposed to do; almost identical to low-cost Quality toilet paper, on the other hand, is a must.

They're like tissue paper, and wet hair won't stick to them. Of course, it's my fault (not the sellers') for not paying close enough attention to what I was buying.

It's a lot easier to cut our toddler's hair now

This was purchased for the purpose of cutting the hair of our two-year-old. When it itches around his neck, he despises it. So, I put this neck strip to the test. It has a flimsy feel to it, but it was comfortable around his neck. I thought it did a great job the first time I used it, and I almost got through the entire hair cut without him complaining about it being itchy. As a result, this will be a must for his haircut in the future.

The best in my opinion; if you cut hair at home or in a shop, you'll need this, and Senek does an excellent job

On large and small necks, the stretch is fine, and hair does not get past it. It also absorbs water well without tearing. I prefer these to self-adhesive tape because they are softer on the neck, and many clients have told me that they prefer them because they are not as rough. Senek is a fantastic brand with excellent quality!.

Toilet paper, to be precise. Toilet paper that is not too thick. Stretch in any way you can. When I tried to put each strip on, it ripped like toilet paper right away. I'm very dissatisfied with them, and I wish I could return them.

Great for wiping away excess oil from my Clippers after they've been oiled! I only use these to wipe away excess oil from my Clippers

Every time I use my Clippers, I oil them before and after. If there is any excess oil on the surface, these are excellent for wiping it away. I also use these strips after using Andis spray or other antibacterial products; I don't want any bacteria or germs on my Clippers, and these are a cheap fix!.

Nice quality, should last a long time (60 years is a bit much)

This pack will last 5 years if used once per month. But it's cool for at-home haircuts because the cape fits snugly against the neck line, just like the ones used by hairdressers.
