Because I have fairly sensitive skin, and I have a tendency to get red and irritated easily, I was worried my skin would flare up. I just needed to get rid of the bit darker lips hair though. Because I work with kids I have to answer the question as to why I have a mustache so I decided to get rid of it but didn't want to deal with the pain of shaving and growing it The product worked really well on the hair, but it didn't tingle quite as deeply as I would have liked, and I'm not sure if it would have burned had I left it on for much longer. The same technique I used on my stomach also worked well on thicker, darker hairs, but not quite as well on the thinner Unsure if they weren't covered well or if they weren't covered at all. We will try again so hopefully we will get better results this time.

I do believe that the cup came a little banged up and the little stick fell out of the bottom of the box, but all pieces were present.

I like this product because it works well, but stings a bit towards the end of your time with it. I usually get 2 out of them. They work fine. I have to wait 3 weeks for my actual hair color to return. Besides the smell, the only downside is the smell of chemical in this product.
