I received a letter shortly after buying these, stating that if I gave them 5 stars, they would send me a new box free of charge. as their high ratings and value (a good number of strips for the price) of this product were the reason I decided to purchase this brand for the first time. I only gave it 3 stars because there's nothing spectacular or above average about this product. The product is average and not much better or worse than any of the other products on the market. The wax can sometimes transfer to only one of the strips when these are pried apart, leaving the other opposite of that strip untouched by wax and completely useless. There are situations in which this happens, although it doesn't occur all the time. Secondly, if these wax strips can remove all the hair in the area they are being used on, I would give it a maximum number of stars but they don't. In one sitting, not every item is removed. Repeated attempts are necessary to achieve this. It may be easier to remove the wax with baby oil as it is miscible with wax and comes off more easily. Since there are not many wax removal wipes, consider using baby oil. Compared to other brands, it has no differences. While I am not complaining about the high number of reviews and stars, I believe they are deceptive in how they obtained their high marks based on customers' desire to get an additional free box. Thus, I felt that the high ratings and reviews were inconvenient for customers. Even though I would probably purchase this again, I'm more inclined to try a different brand next time.
