It's labeled as a WDF-approved product. 4820, however, this is not the case. It's a WDF-type model. 4821 What's the difference between the two? The original WDF- The 4820 has a power cord that plugs into a holding base, and then you simply place the shaver in the base vertically! WDF- There is no base for 4821! There's nothing more to it than a power cord that plugs into the shaver directly. This leads to the following two issues: 1=It is necessary for you to pull. insert the power cable each time you use the shaver 2=The shaver must be placed on the counter. There isn't a nice, neat base to keep it vertical!.
This is a false description. CLEARLY states that it includes a charging base on which to stand it. A BASE IS NOT INCLUDED. All you get is a cord that plugs into the razor and must be left lying around while charging. ADVERTISING THAT IS NOT TRUE. RETURNED!.
As advertised, this razor performs admirably. However, I've had two instances where the foils have broken. The first time, I assumed it was my fault because I didn't always remember to put the shield back on when I wasn't using it. I never put it down without the guard on the second one, and I kept it on the stand; replacement coils and cutters are $2. 00 more than the original razor, so this isn't an option. As a result, I now have two razors that work fine but can't be used because the foil is broken, scratching and cutting the skin. Make sure you don't throw your money away.
I ordered this because I already owned one that I really liked, but it was missing foils and razors. I couldn't understand why a brand new unit would cost so much less than the replacement parts while I was looking for them. Both are very reasonably priced. So now I have two, and I discovered that my first one came with two foils, two razors, and a trimmer. I now have ONE foil and ONE razor, thanks to the new one. I prefer the original, and I'd like to replace the foils and razors as well, but I have to say, they both perform admirably. Legs, pits, and bits are all included in this package. I get a little ouch every now and then because I'm not paying attention. I strongly advise only shaving in one direction and not sweeping back and forth when using the SINGLE foil and razor. Cleaning is a breeze with the included multidimensional brush, and they last a long time if you take care of the foils. I hope you found this information to be beneficial.
This was a gift for my ten-year-old daughter. year- when she needed to start shaving her ten-year-old daughter It was simple for her to figure out how to use it. It's fantastic that she's not cut. It does a good job of removing her hair. I'm impressed with how well she performs for her age.
