Try this bad boy if you want something for your entire V (yes, even your lips). I bought this after getting ingrown hairs on my V from shaving with a razor, and I was so traumatized by it that I went on a search for a better shaving solution. This is fantastic! I can shave the entire area without it being too prickly. No, it won't give you a razor-like shave, but my boyfriend hasn't complained yet. Since then, I haven't had any ingrown hairs, and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase!.
Since 2018, I've used it to trim my bikini line. It works well, but the instructions do not explain how to disassemble the blade and remove the hair. So this year I finally dismantled it and discovered that anyone can do it! The blade completely disintegrates, leaving only a plastic frame to hold it together; mine rusted because I never oiled it (shame on me, a professional barber/stylist). But there was no oil included! So I bought a new one because I couldn't find a replacement blade for a reasonable price, and this time I read the instructions, which say to oil the blade every so often but don't include any oil. lol. I believe it is wasteful not to provide blades at a reasonable price. Philips, you can do better! Why doesn't this one come with oil like the rest of their products? BLADE/TRIMMER OIL, which can be purchased at Sally's, should be used to oil your blades. It will also last much longer, and it is very simple to disassemble and clean out the hair.
I haven't tried a wet shave with this because if I wanted to shave in the shower, I'd just use a regular razor. The dry shave, on the other hand, is fantastic; I've never experienced anything like it with an electric razor. Without any attachments, I shaved both my legs and pits; Both areas are silky smooth, despite the fact that I have a lot of coarse hair. So far, the battery appears to be able to maintain a charge for an extended period of time. I like how the handle looks and feels like a regular razor. It's also very easy to maneuver. Yes, I had to re-shave some areas, but I have to do that with a regular razor as well because my hair grows in all directions. That is to be expected, not a flaw in the razor. The only drawback is that it takes a long time to fully charge, but this is most likely due to the battery's large capacity, which is also why it lasts so long. As a result, it isn't a true con imo. I'm not sure if I'll ever use the attachments, so I can't really comment on that. This will, without a doubt, work just as well on my bikini area.
I'm disabled, and because of that, tasks like shaving are extremely difficult, painful, and time-consuming for me. I'm 6' and have a 34" inseam, so I've got a lot of leg to shave! It's not going to be easy! Years ago, I stopped shaving because it took about 40 minutes, and after the excruciating, time-consuming task of showering (which takes me three days to physically recover from), shaving was too much for me! I'm in excruciating pain and stiff as if I've been in a car accident. It simply isn't worth the trouble. br>br>One day, my son lent me his electric shaver to help me get ready for a doctor's appointment, and it worked surprisingly well and was much faster. His shaver was a little worn and hadn't been cared for properly, so it was a little rough, but I'd been sold on the idea of electric razors. So I spent days online reading hundreds of reviews on dozens and dozens of different electric razors before settling on the Panasonic Satinshave. br>br>What I liked best about this shaver is that it's easy to hold, charges quickly, and holds the charge for a long time, so you won't be left hanging in the middle of the job! It comes with a variety of guards, making it extremely versatile, as well as two different trimmers on either side of the foil, allowing you to shave in a variety of places. No matter how long or coarse your hair is, this baby can handle it! Given that it is an electric razor and not a razor, it performs admirably. It doesn't give you a razor-close shave, but it looks just as good. The only way to tell the difference is to touch it. This is ideal if you're short on time or suffer from razor burn from conventional razors. I have extremely sensitive skin, and this did not irritate it at all!br>br>What I didn't like is that the foil is so small that shaving would take an eternity if I had to rely solely on it! I saved time by trimming my hair first and getting it nice and short before applying the foil. I'm going to go out and buy a new razor because I'm in desperate need of more foil surface. For my pantyline and touch-ups, I'll definitely use this shaver. This will not suffice for scrubbing my legs on a daily basis. It's simply too small, and it would take at least 45 minutes to complete.
I'm hooked on my first electric shaver. It's fantastic, and I'm not sure why I didn't get one sooner. It was incredibly simple and quick to shave. I bought it primarily for bikini shaving, which I found to be the best of all the options. It has made me very happy!.
On the legs, however, the shaver does not get as close as I would like. As a result, your skin does not feel as if it has been freshly shaved. If you prefer to keep a small amount of hair on your bikini area, this is a good option. Because the covers are nice, you can keep your hair a couple of millimeters long if you want.
It shaves exceptionally well. The only criticism I have is the high cost of replacing shaver blades for women's razors. This is my second one because buying another was less expensive than replacing the blade.
Probably not the best shaver, but it gets the job done; There isn't likely to be much thick hair, but there is likely to be some. NOPE. Even "peach fuzz" isn't removed by this shaver! Because there was no hair, I assumed there was a cover on the blade. NOT. Single. Hair. This item has been taken away. I even took the blade out of the basin to check for hairs in the basin or on the blade. Not a single one! I attempted to return this phony item, but it is not returnable, despite the fact that it is a "prime" item. br>br>To be honest, I'm more annoyed that this product is even being sold, aside from being frustrated with wasting my money. It simply does not perform the function for which it was designed.
