Even better assistance! We bought this razor about a month ago, and it arrived in a sturdy foam-lined box. The razor and its attachments appear to be of good quality, and the lady seems to enjoy it. It came with a travel pouch that I would have preferred to be more cloth-like, but since we don't travel, we'll never use it. It is powered by a USB cord that we were unable to locate. Thankfully, it's a common tip, and we had one that didn't work out so well, but it did. After three weeks, DS NET contacted us to see if we were satisfied and to offer assistance if necessary. This came as a pleasant surprise, as I consider customer service to be the most important aspect of any purchase. On a weekend, I responded to them, stating that we liked the razor but had a problem with the cord, or lack thereof. They responded over the weekend and sent out a replacement. To me, that's quite impressive, and I appreciate it greatly. We didn't think it was a big deal, but it's nice to know that if we had a problem, I wouldn't have to spend hours or days trying to fix it. Thanks a lot, DS NET!.
This razor is exactly what I needed to keep the area around my bikini clean. If you have longer hair, use the big trimming head first, then go back with the circular head to smooth out the area. There are no nicks, cuts, or pulls. I have only charged and used this razor once, so I do not know if it holds a charge for 60 minutes as stated, but so far I am pleased with it.
Both attachments were very useful and I was very pleased with them. I had to go over some spots on my legs again, but I'm a fast runner, and I'm glad I chose this style over the others! It came in a very nice package that was also very secure. Switching attachments is a breeze. Simply arrange the dots in the appropriate order.
It's simple and secure, in my opinion. In comparison to a traditional razor, this provides a smooth after shave. In addition, I don't get razor bumps afterward, which is a plus. My husband tried it on his beard once and reported that it was effective.
My husband and I work shifts that are in direct opposition to each other. Showers are difficult because my two young boys (2 and 4 years old) get into everything! Let's just say that shaving isn't a priority for me at this point in my life. Is it possible to get a closer shave by taking a longer shower and putting my boys in danger of getting into something or torturing the cat? Yes. Do I want to come out and freak out because there's flour on the rug or new cat scratches on my kids? No. So. Because I don't have time, I use this razor to get rid of all the long hair on my legs. That's fantastic (and my husband isn't complaining about his manly legs- (Not that he'd do anything about it in the first place). Now that the face attachment is in place, it's truly incredible. I'm 30 years old and have those "oh so annoying" black chin hairs as well as a thin blonde mustache. This completely eliminates them. Amazing. I have yet to try the bikini line. I was a little nervous because that was the "danger zone," but my legs and face were saved by a miracle.
I started with the facial hair remover, which was quick and painless. I've only used the leg attachment once, but I was pleased with the outcome.
It's a genuine product. Its dual heads, light weight, and rechargeable battery appeal to me. It has a lot of power and does not stutter. There have been no rashes on my body. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because when you try to put the small head assembly on the wand, it tends to fall apart, and you have to insert the wand into the head, which appears to be upsidedown to me.
