However, the unique shape of the sticks makes them more difficult to work with than the skinnier sticks. In addition to just a couple of sticks, there were several that were frayed and were unable In fact, I found only one that was an actual splinter hazard. The rest were nicely sanded and smooth, and seemed It's possible to break them if you try hard enough, but because of their size they may snap. I think they are a reasonable price for good tongue depressors at 6 cents each. It has been used for mixing paints, a bridge building contest, and arts and crafts, though I'm sure there are a zillion other things you can do with these. The sticks we received were defective in more than one instance, so I'm only giving it 4 stars since I've paid this price for sticks that weren't defective. However, if you can't find better sticks for a competent price, these are good sticks for the money.

Sticks are a must for paint pouring! Craft sticks like these are great for paint pouring, especially when painting with acrylic paints

For crafts with kids and for waxing, among so many other things, they are useful. They're thick, wide, durable and quite sturdy in the hand, and I haven't had any problems with small slivers like I have with cheaper ones. I still have to squish them together sufficiently to break them.

Wood of this quality is used to make these very well. Despite the rough cut and finish, the product is not splintery. As they are used in all kinds of hobbies, the size is great for mixing small amounts of paint. In my workshop, I also use them for mixing epoxy, which is one of the main things I do with them.

These are very smooth, I'm impressed with the quality control of them. I use them in a physics lab and they're an improvement over the glossy popsicle versions, which are rough and scratchy to the touch.

My parrot loves this wood because it's a seemingly safe material that she can tear apart without any issue. Besides being used for crafts and waxing sticks as advertised, you can also use them for all sorts of other tasks. The hotel is rated 5 stars.

Popsicles are more like the standard sticks you find in ice cream. These turned out to be just the thing I needed for There are a variety of piano exercises to write and scales to write. To practice, I pick up a stick a day. I also use these sticks to stir my sourdough starter. It will only take a few minutes to wash, and you will be able to use them again. They act much like a little spoon to me, so I usually keep them near my stove. There are other unconventional uses for them as well- They are very well made, though. I love them because they are so versatile. A sturdy construction.
