I had the older version for a few years, then the trimmer head broke, so I ordered this one. THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON MY PART. There isn't a thing in here that cuts nearly as well as the old version did! If you try to trim hair perpendicular to the trimmer or at different angles, as many passes as it takes! Even if you trim over the ears, you will have even more trouble.
