One of the products I purchased from a brand name manufacturer made of tin rather than cutting my nose hair and I had to return it. Trimmers like this are solid products. Your hands feel good when you hold it. This device has a USB rechargeable battery which is great for convenience. It also makes it easier to engineer by having less removable parts and thus being more durable. I do nothing but blah, blah, The trimmer is a great value at 15 dollars.

Batteries were not included with the device! There is no need for a battery when it clearly states this. UPDATE
It's amazing the kind of company this is! In the time it took to refund me, they apologized and changed me to an even better model without charging me another penny. I am very happy with the product. It's a great company to work with!.
