In spite of the wording on the Amazon ad being shown as "Tinckle", if you zoom in on the photo of the package, the name is correctly spelled. A 3-pack of these came into my possession I received the pack in May, 2016 and have been very satisfied with it. I am happy with the razor and blade covers, which are delicate but well made and do the job well.
It is not recommended that you use them dry but I would also not advise using soap and water. For the sake of avoiding razor burn, I recommend rubbing olive oil into your skin before using the tool to micro blade your face or upper lip. It's best to dab a little lotion on the blade if you are just using it to shape your eyebrows. As someone who has used Tinkle razors before, I have no complaints. When I bought this, I believed it to be what I was getting. I would say these are the knock offs.
