One month seems to be all they take to dull the appearance of the store bought ones I've used three razors/shapers in the past decade and these ones stay sharp for two uses (but not so sharp that they are dangerous) to give me the closest shave. Hopefully I will be able to use the 18 pack for years to come I can't think of a better deal than that!.
