This is older. There is something cheaply made about this trimmer. Our Wahl trimmer is different from the others we have My decision to buy this cheap plastic was a mistake, and I should have spent a little more for a better product. As I am trimming my son's sideburns and neck with it, I believe it is okay to use it. Despite its reasonably durable characteristic, this is not a product I would recommend using every day. LITTLE RESILIENT CLIPPERbr>I've had this clipper for at least ten years (I think) and it has been working great ever since, but it lost the ability to hold a charge. I upgraded my clipper and bought the SAME one. It still cut well, but I needed to charge it a day in advance so that it would be fully charged when I used The battery cannot be replaced just by replacing it. The adjustable comb (see picture) is very nice since it can be adjusted to fit different parts of your beard and you can change it on the fly. The picture shows it set at 6mm, but it can be adjusted from 1 to 6mm That's a pretty cool feature for a trimmer of that price range.

I can't believe how loud this thing is! A machine of this type must buzz and hum at such an intense level. I docked an extra star for the cutting ability as well. Several other reviews mention this particular model and, sadly, it does not live up to the hype. I guess what you get for your money is what you get. Additionally, I would have liked to see an indicator that showed how much juice I had remaining. A full charge does not appear on the display of the unit. It's interesting that I left it over night and the next morning the unit appeared to lose steam as I ran it through my morning exercise routine. Despite its affordability, I would not recommend this product. I gave it two stars because of its poor quality.

As soon as it arrived, the product did not meet the expectations. I immediately regret using it whenever I summon up the courage to do so. I don't like that it is unnecessarily loud, the plastic guards are spread all over the place, and the rubber isn't going anywhere. My monthly budget is a complete waste of money, and each time I use this product, I feel ashamed about buying it.

It works great for trimming mustaches, I've had facial hair for over four decades, my beard is very long and I like it that way, and I need to trim and thin my mustache to keep it out of my mouth, this tool does it all. This is a really nice product at a very reasonable price. It stays charged for a week at a time since I don't use it every day.

There is no battery in the device. Besides not trimming all the time, I don't keep the item charged all the time. Pay what you want and you'll get what you want. In place of my old cordless clipper, I purchased this one. My realization of this being a downgrade did not occur until I used the program. I found that it was louder, did not cut well, and was more like ripping out my hair when shaving down my face. As well as having less power, this model is quite small. To use it, you had to wait twice as long. The thing I use to shave my head about once a month and the hair is disappearing fast so there isn't a lot of work for it to do and it still struggled. If you are willing to spend about fifteen bucks more, get the lithium version. The hair has now covered it all, and I'm thinking of returning it. But how can I do that with it now covered in hair? Since that wouldn't be right, I'd rather keep it, but may purchase a better one in the future.
