This trimmer not only serves great functionality, but it is also lightweight compared with other trimmers I've used in the past. It took a couple of hours for the first charge, but it worked great for the subsequent charges. One of the great things about the Trimmer is the prominent display of the remaining battery percentage. The different trimmer heads must be snapped on to the body of the trimmer before it can be used, but once it has been done, it has a nice snug fit and is a great machine. My side burns, mustache, and beard have always been well trimmed - I am very particular about this Trimmers like this one serve a really useful purpose. My only suggestion is that there should have been a lock or some sort of mechanism so that the trimmer would not be accidentally activated. There's no way I can let the battery recharge in the base. It should come with everything that it said would be included, but I'll have to connect it to the cord.
