The Braun Cruzer I was replacing had aged and needed to be replaced. It is the best trimmer I have owned, and I have owned about six in the past. You can tell it's good quality when you use it, and you can tell when you don't. Cutting to the requested length is done on the first pass. Blades are razor sharp, and lines are cut to the specified length. According to its description, the blades should be made of stainless steel since it is advertised as waterproof. Battery life is fantastic, and you won't even come close to being depleted after using it for half an hour on and off. A 3 hour runtime is advertised on the packaging, and it appears that it is up to the mark. As far as I know, the attachments are well-made and keep their setting during use (I've seen cheap trimmers' length settings slip when under a lot of pressure). The only thing I wish it came with is a charging stand, but overall it is a great unit, and a bargain for the price. I have been using this for 2 weeks now. **UPDATE**
I have been using it for 2 weeks now. Despite being small, this motor has plenty of power and a long battery life. Quite simply, the blades are excellent and that is what makes a difference. My opinion of this trimmer is very positive. Comparatively to the two I've used in the past, this system is extremely easy to use and produces superior results.
