This product would be 5 stars if it weren't for the really awful, almost incomprehensible user manual (actually just a single sheet of diagrams) that leaves the user to figure out how to use and operate the shaver by It's been a while since I had a newer model self-drive car My experience with Braun was expanded after years of cleaning Braun shavers, so figuring out the nuances of this one wasn't that difficult although the printed instructions didn't help you much. It was difficult to find the "user manual" at Braun's website because it was just the same old thing. Considering how much their products cost, I find it odd that a company as capable as Braun would be so inept at providing information to its customers. In terms of other features, it is a great shaver with many different options The razor comes with different attachments with which to trim, such as a shave attachment for a clean shave, a stubble attachment for making your face look that way, a trimmer attachment with 7 lengths and, of course, the attractive charger and cleaner If you shave every day, the battery will last you forever, and the self-charging feature also works great I have had no problems with the cleaning option. With its inserted base, the shaver is extremely ergonomically comfortable, and it looks good even sitting on the countertop. There is also a very nice travel case that offers room for any attachments that may be needed. summary, this is a great razor/trimmer, but it is a bit pricey. I can only find one negative the lack of a user's guide.

Having replaced my Pulsonic Series 7 which was 8 years old, I recommend this product. My favorite feature about this razor is how well it shaves. It is disappointing to say that after a few months of very light usage (taking advantage of not having to go to the office), the clean and charge base stopped working (no charging or cleaning). There is something wrong with the prongs on the base station that make contact with the razor. The razor works and can be charged with the power cord. I called Amazon who got me in touch with In their minds, Braun was insisting that I return both the razor and the base to a service center, which is illogical. Therefore, instead of wasting money on the entire system, I should have just purchased the razor. My Braun base was not replaced for no reason other than cost. I have updated I was able to receive a replacement set of Braun shaving products without having to return my original set. The customer service could have done a better job communicating, but they did come through and resolved the issue.

A new Series 7 was on my shopping list, as my old one wasn't working. This one received a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to try it. The experience has been fantastic, and I am so happy I got to participate. I find the new head (they say it has something called 360 Flex technology) makes it feel as if the razor has a suspension system, so it glides over my face smoothly. I particularly like how well it cuts and how long the battery lasts. Traveling with this pillow is also a breeze because of how easy it is to clean. Moreover, the charging stand in my bathroom looks very cool when it is charging the razor. I would recommend it highly!.

Rather than spend extra for a SmartCare® charger, cleaner, lubricator, and gewgaw, I paid for the low quality one. There are many more features included in the package than what I have to do simply to shave my face. A giant gewgaw is needed to protect the screen when not being used, but it is not included. My rating is three stars because I feel like I will be able to use three of the twenty products out of twenty. This time I will make it simpler.

I find it close enough for me, but not as close as a blade. Everybody benefits from it - In other words- We are approaching the end of the day. I find that it works really well for touch-ups. This product works very well on either dry or wet beards. It doesn't irritate my skin or pull my hairs. This seems to be a very easy product to clean. I like to hold it because it is comfortable. The good news is all of that has been accomplished. The problem is. The documentation for this thing is truly awful, as has been mentioned by others. A razor of this quality would be quite expensive. In order for it to be effective, I need to know that I am using it correctly and properly caring for it to make sure that it is maximizing my results and not negatively impacting the device's lifespan. I get nothing but silly little graphics instead. Braun, you need to use your words. Although you will need to translate some parts of it, it's not that challenging. It is what it is. As an example of how documentation is lacking, here's what's happening An image shows a drop of solution being applied to a fingertip then to a shaved head from a small bottle. Neither the small bottle nor any description of what it might contain can be found inside the box. It seems that doing maintenance steps weekly is crucial, so I'll need to contact Braun and find out that this is "light machine oil". I'll then need to buy some of it. If the bottle of oil had been included, I would have understood things better, but the lack of that and any type of explanation led me to do far too much work to properly understand what I had to do. I would give the shaving experience a 4/5, but I would give the customer experience a 0.

review was edited from one that had already been published. In my review, I was pretty harsh toward my first unit because it was ripping out my hair every time I used it. Even though I wasn't very optimistic that they would resolve the problem, Braun managed to resolve it very quickly. I was back to business quickly as the warranty process was completely online, shipping was paid, and I was fully covered again.
