The machine was delivered to me in February, 2020 and it refuses to do its job. There are only a few days a week or even a few times a month that I use this machine. The charge is now no longer able to hold on to Additionally, the cord that is plugged in works intermittently as well. It is so disappointing to me. In addition, it is difficult to find the right needles to fit it. There are 2 or 3 parts per project. My machine was left to charge overnight now that I knew it had been placed there. Early in the morning, I received a visit from my client. I started the machine and as soon as she passed her first brow it stopped halfway through. My role was to track down what went wrong and this was an absolute disgrace and a complete mess. I need someone to help me!.

In a nutshell, It came in a nice package. It looks a bit old and the battery piece looks like it might be old, but I plan to charge and use the device wirelessly, so it should be ok. The only downside is that after attaching the wireless piece it will take up more space in the box, so I will have to break down the pen when I put it back together. Once it has been used, I will update so far it has gotten 4 stars.

I would give it 4 stars since the speed of the first and third levels are very close. It would be a good idea to have a slow speed level. Battery life is long, so you'll have plenty of time to complete your client's skin tan. Works well for making freckles and beauty marks too. I would definitely buy this product again or recommend it.

Different machines were used as part of my PMU experience. In terms of the cartridge, this machine has a horrible one, attached to the machine with springs. In my experience, if touched or pressed, the cartridge will fly off. This happened twice to me, and I had to get a new cartridge in the middle of service. It can be a little difficult to trust it to always spit the ink correctly, sometimes it is, and sometimes it completely stops, I have to play with it until it starts again. Very unreliable and inconsistent machine.
I have cheaper ones that work better, so I'm not happy.
