There are no restrictions on when you can do it, whether it's early in the morning or late at night. In the evenings, however, the majority of people have more free time. It's best not to brush your teeth right before applying the strips. You can brush after using the treatments as long as you do so gently. The ARC Team br>br>

I can't say enough good things about this product! Ugh! These strips are simple to use; I put them on after brushing my teeth and while getting ready, and after 25 minutes, I put on the mouth "light," which has an automatic timer. Also, the touch-up pen, which keeps coffee stains at bay, comes highly recommended!.
I noticed whitening after just one use, but upon closer inspection, it appears that it has caused damage to my teeth. My teeth appear to be partially transparent. And I'm seeing lines that look like cracks that weren't there before. I wouldn't recommend going to the dentist rather than using a shady product.
I bought the product to whiten my teeth for a photoshoot, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that after just one session, my teeth were noticeably whiter. Nothing too dramatic, but I could tell because the white stains on my teeth appeared brighter (a disadvantage of teeth whitening). After a week of using one strip per day, I noticed a noticeably brighter smile as well as a more even color on my teeth. The strips were simple to use and allowed you to drink water while wearing them. It wasn't the best product on the market, but it didn't irritate my teeth, worked quickly, and was reasonably priced.
The items on the inside were changed out. It's most likely that the items are past their expiration date.
I'm not going to whiten my teeth with anything else. This was originally purchased from Target, but I later discovered it was available for a lower price on this website. The strips do not leave a sticky residue on your teeth and they work; after the second application, I noticed a difference.
Crest whitening strips, on the other hand, are significantly more effective. I had heard good things about this brand, so I decided to try it, but I didn't notice much of a difference.
My teeth had started to turn yellow, and I was concerned - I'm in my fifties, and this is something that usually happens as people get older. My teeth have improved in appearance, and I am pleased to be able to show them off once more. They aren't too white to appear artificial. They simply give the impression that I was born with a set of pearly whites. If you're looking for bright white paper, this isn't the place to be. If you want pearly whites that look natural and healthy, I strongly advise it.
I don't have particularly sensitive teeth, but after using these, I noticed that the tops and bottoms of my teeth became much more sensitive, making it painful to bite into things for an entire day, and I'm not convinced that the strips made my teeth any whiter. I'll have to try again, but hopefully it won't hurt my teeth this time.
