As seen in the picture, the head (bristle) end is similar to that shown here, but the handle looks a little different. It is the old model shown in the picture. One of those existed for me.
There is always a blue tint to them.
don't think the bristles are too hard, but I wanted something that could remove stains very well from my dentures. Dentures will always be damaged by brushes, so I'd never say this brush or any other brush won't do damage. In the past 40 years, I've never rebased or relined my dentures. In my case, they were made good and right on the first try. I am I have had two other pairs made with them in the past 10 years and I won't wear either pair since they cause soreness in my mouth.
Presently, they do not sell any very good ones. Can't hold up as well as the pictured ones. Instead, I received a different picture and, when I complained, they told me the picture wasn't representative
Selected User Reviews For Oral-B Denture Brush
My dentures have never been as clean thanks to this brush. It has just the right bristle firmness to ensure I can clean my entire set without worrying about damaging or scratching the surface over time. A smaller brush is also wonderful for cleaning between the grooves of the teeth and the undersides of dentures, particularly when the upper portion of the denture is uneven. I no longer need to perform a separate weekly 12% peroxide, 12% non alcohol mouthwash soak overnight to remove and prevent natural buildup, as I can now use regular oral hygiene cleaners on a daily basis as opposed to a weekly soak cleaner. With the help of a denture brush, my dentures look and feel fresh, smooth, and just like they did when they left the dentist. An oral presentation. For years, I relied on this toothbrush to keep my teeth clean and even my children grew up using it when the inevitable need for dentures came, this trusted appliance proved to be a reliable choice for me as well. I firmly believe that the B denture brush is the best brush for keeping my dentures clean and healthy.
I ordered a product but did not receive it. The brush style and size were quite different from the one pictured and the one.
There have been three orders for this item. Each seller has a different price. I'm going to go with the same UGLY BLUE as the first! It's amazing how the second one was the wonderful transparent blue as shown in the picture, but the first one was black? The sellers don't seem to be able to handle it properly? After being disappointed the first time, later inspired to attempt a third time, I was again disappointed the next time. This is a poor decision.
It is quite different from the original. It isn't the same as the picture and is not the same as the denture brush shown. It's an Oral B denture brush, but it is not what it looks like in Having been given that particular Oral B denture brush by my dentist, I have been looking for it for quite some time now. As you can see in the picture, that one has a smaller head, squared off side and longer, stronger bristles. It is the one I wanted. It is the perfect size and fit for my dentures. My experience with this brush is nothing like I had expected, especially for the price I paid. I would not recommend it.
I don't normally write reviews, good or bad, but this thing is Despite my dentures being long, the brush cannot reach into them. My bathroom walls are made of tiles and I use it to clean between the tiles.
As far as I've been able to find, this is the best. It's not possible to do it with dollar store ones. There is too much suppleness in the bristles. Because the bristles on this brush are harder, it is easier for both upper and lower dentures to be cleaned.
There is no way to brush dentures effectively with brush bristles that are too soft due to overly soft adhesives.
