It's great to have these replacement pik tips for my Waterpik ultra. The bridges and crowns I have in my mouth are both dental work. I have tried flossing under them a dozen times and still have not been able to get them clean no matter how many times I do it. Flossers are not only ineffective, they normally make my gums bleed. Last year I got a Waterpik for Christmas and thought that was the best thing ever for cleaning my teeth and gums. One day I was browsing Amazon for replacement tips and found My order was placed immediately and I could not wait for them to arrive. They arrived the night before I had planned to brush and floss with them. I could not wait to try them. Oh my goodness, I love them so much. In the morning, I brushed and flossed as usual and then I used one of these There is a limited flow of water, so it feels like a fine spray. In addition, I was amazed at the clean feeling my teeth had. The brush was able to get under the bridges and clear out all the debris that a flosser might not have reached. that when I first began using them, it caused me to bleed just like the regular floss, but after a few days of use, I no longer experience There is no longer any soreness under the bridges since I used the new flosser. I believe I might have irritated the gums with the thread flosser. You get two in a pack, and that makes it even better. One of them I gave to my husband and the other I kept for myself. I would recommend that they be equipped with some kind of storage tube or case, but that would be the only thing I can suggest to improve them.
