Our toothbrush stopped charging for the first time this week, after only being purchased four months ago. As of now, my daughter is unable to use it and it has passed the return period.
As the picture listing indicates, the brush head we received is Jasmine. My daughter was expecting Ariel. *There is a discrepancy between the description and the product.
It was disappointing to open the brush and find Jasmine on the head instead of Ariel. Apparently, the princess isn't the right one, as our 3 year old agrees.
We've been using human brushes for years and she really likes it. I can tell a big difference now from when we used It is easy to brush the teeth in the back with the smaller head on the brush. I highly recommend this book!.
Our girls were very excited to receive them and to use them when they finally did. In addition to choosing which sticker to put on their brushes, they were excited that they could customize them. Happy to hear that!.
Then I read reviews and saw what others were saying about this brush and figured it wasn't the worst, so I asked my daughter if she'd like a toothbrush like mine, but with extra brush heads like mine. She was a huge fan of it, of course. The young girl was delighted to see the surprise princess brush heads and pick the one to be placed on the bottom of the bucket. Now that I have this toothbrush, she loves to brush her teeth with me even more and even more now that it functions like mine. I highly suggest buying this toothbrush for her. years old and was allowed to continue brushing with or without my help when she was around 4 years old. At the time, I wasn't okay with that, but with this toothbrush, I am confident that she won't need our help anymore.

Although this toothbrush shows multiple princesses on it, the packaging is misleading. I was expecting Ariel, since it's possible to pick up multiple versions of it. She is pleased with the ability to select and change a princess sticker, but she was disappointed with the brush head which was Rapunzel. Whatever the case may be, it is still a good toothbrush. The pink oral B was cheaper and she was happy that it's pink.
