This product is one of my favorites because it has a sticky side that can be used between the teeth. witty It doesn't move around. One will last for several hours, and I use one before going to bed. All night long, my mouth has been fine. I didn't find it to be as gummy as some of the other products I've tried.

Unlike other products, these melts actually adhere to the lining of your mouth. I started by using them at night, and one melt did help with the morning dry mouth. However, they melt quickly during the day and have no lasting effect. As a result, you'll have to keep popping new ones into your mouth, which isn't the best option. In any case, they work for the time they're in your mouth, so it's better than nothing.

I really like XyliMelts Mild Mint, but when I ordered it, I got XyliMelts Slightly Sweentened instead. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning the Slightly Sweentened, so I kept them. Mild Mint is much more flavorful.

They're great for dry mouth, and because they stick to your gums so well, they're never a choking hazard. They can even be used with mouth guards if you grind your teeth. I took a star off for the flavor because I prefer the mint ones, but these are fine and difficult to come by since my pharmacy was purchased.
