This spray does a fantastic job of detangling hair. You'll still need a smoothing cream if your hair is frizzy after drying.
It all depends on how long your hair is. I spray all over, then turn my head around and spray again - especially at the very end. My hair, on the other hand, is a baby fine blond that's thick and wavy. As a result, additional assistance is required.

This is a light-weight leave-in conditioner that smells great and works well. It's very effective; every time I get out of the shower and try to untangle my hair with a towel, I always end up pulling some out. I simply sprayed it liberally in it today, and my brush glided right through it without snagging. What about the odor? I can't seem to get my hair to stop smelling. The scent of green apples lingers for a long time. My hair is very thin and fine, and I'm always afraid of it becoming weighed down. This is not the case. It also didn't cause any issues with my styling products. My volume and body were still there, but they were softer and shinier. The bottle seemed to me to be a little on the small side. Not only did it completely detangle my hair while it was still wet, but it also did so while it was dry. I didn't use much product and didn't pull or tug on my hair at all - I adore the scent, and I adore how well it conditions my hair, leaving it silky soft after drying. It conditions my hair so well that I no longer use a separate conditioner after I shampoo. It's unnecessary for me. This product is light on my hair, does not weigh it down, and still allows me to curl my hair with hot rollers. It does exactly what it says on the tin. I would strongly suggest it.
In place of the suave detangler, I got this to try. It appeals to me, but I'm not completely sold on it. When we don't keep up with it, one of our children's hair tangles, and the other has curly hair that turns into a terrible, terrible, terrible mess. This was effective, though it left a thicker film or something on their hair that weighed it down. It did, however, give the curls a nice, subtle definition. So, if you're looking for a light leave-in conditioner or a light detangler, this is the product for you. It's fantastic. I believe that if I found another spray bottle and mixed the product with water, it would work better for me. It worked great when I simply sprayed it on damp hands and ran it through my hair. It became increasingly difficult to comb out my hair after washing as I grew it longer, especially since I have fine hair.
