My hair isn't 4C, but it's thick and I don't use any chemicals to straighten it. It detangles quickly and has a pleasant scent. It's my go-to detangler after every wash.
We all have different hair types, so it really depends on you. I wouldn't recommend using it on wet hair that hasn't been dried.

This detangle is a miracle sent from heaven for my thick, kinky curly hair, also known as type 4c hair. It has a wonderful scent that is both sweet and fresh. I only used a quarter-sized amount for half of my hair, but the product gave my hair a surprising amount of slip. I've been using Creme of Nature products since I first went natural, and they've never let me down. This product is fantastic, and I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the Pure Honey line.
Because I sleep with my hair up, I have a lot of really fine curly gray hair that tangles easily, especially in the back right at the scalp. The most difficult place to untangle yourself; Neck strain is always the result. Hair that has been broken and damaged. br>br>I just got a new detangler in the mail. I ordered a q detangling brush (see below for link). Before washing, I intended to brush through as much as I could. As usual, I spent the entire night untangling the tangles. To my delight, the brush did an excellent job, so I used the detangler on the worst part of the matted mess (on dry hair) and it worked perfectly! On dry hair, it was completely gone in about half an hour! I wish I had come across this information sooner! br>br>As an added bonus, this detangler smells great! It, as well as the flexible detangling brush listed below, come highly recommended. (This isn't to say you won't have to work on it; it just makes it a lot easier. ) )

I rarely write reviews unless the product is exceptional, and this is one of those instances. It smells great, it's thick, and it has incredible slippage, even for 4c hair like mine, and it's free of harsh chemicals. br>br>I've never finger combed my hair with my finger before, but this product allowed me to do so. It's truly incredible. Please use Creme Of Nature as a brand name. Change nothing about the formula or the combination of ingredients in this bottle. For the 4c hair types' sake. This will now be my go-to detangler, as well as my children's. br>br>In addition, the item arrived much sooner than I had anticipated. Sundance Beauty is a seller I'll be buying from again.
Thus began the procedure. Well, it's been a few months now - I'd had a change of heart. br>So my hair was all knitted up and matted up by this point. And I assumed I'd have to go to the salon and have all of my hair cut off to start over, right? br>I'm sorry, but that's incorrect. It saved my life and my hair when I used this product! In a literal sense! I put a handful in my hair and worked it in and around, letting it sit for about 5 minutes before washing it out, and voila! To aid the process, I was brushing it at the same time, and man, did it get every single knot, mat, and tangle out of my hair! I also didn't have to make any cuts! This item does exactly what it claims to do. There are no deceptions! Yes, I will purchase this item again! It's a bottle of magic!.
Also works well with virgin hair. Amazing, truly incredible. The only complaint I have is that too much comes out in one squirt, but this is by far the best leave-in conditioner. It's not too heavy, and it's very easy to untangle. Use on my son, who despises having his hair combed by me. I use it on my virgin hair wings and clip-ins, as well. It helps to keep them moisturized and conditioned. This is an absolute must-have.
It does the job, but the bottle is a pain to use because the product is difficult to squeeze out.

She's a bisexual woman who is interested in both men and women. Her hair is tightly coiled and kinky, and she has a tendency for it to be dry, making styling her hair a challenge. This product hydrates and conditions her hair, making it easier to comb through. It moisturizes her hair without weighing it down or leaving a greasy sheen on it. The scent is lovely, and it lasts for two weeks after we wash her hair. I'm excited to see what else this company has to offer. This is by far the best product for my children's hair that I've come across. The best part is that it is reasonably priced!.
My daughter has thick, straight hair that reaches all the way down to her bottom. Brushing it is always a nightmare due to how easily it tangles. This is what I discovered after doing some research. I'm always wary because nothing ever works perfectly; it's always just good enough. This was fantastic! br>br> After washing her hair, I spent about 20 minutes brushing her hair, which usually takes at least 45 minutes. She didn't flinch once, and the tangles were a breeze to remove. br>br>Because it's thick, squeezing it out was difficult, so I simply unscrewed the lid and poured it into my hand; it was still difficult to get out, but it worked similarly to a ketchup bottle. Just keep going until you reach the bottom. br>br>I'll be purchasing this on a regular basis.
