Mine didn't come with a pump, either. It's a real pain!
There's a l'able ingredient, and it's a good one.
This is by far my favorite hair product; it does an excellent job of restoring moisture to your hair. I color my hair every six weeks, and this is by far my favorite hair product. Because I have extremely dry hair, I use Joico's 5-minute deep conditioner once a week. I hope this information is useful.

I've lost nearly half of my hair in the three years since I started using this, and I just learned today that one of their ingredients (DMDM hydantoin, aka formaldehyde) has been linked to hair loss to the point of class action lawsuits, which is why most hair companies have removed it. According to what I've read, it's more commonly found in shampoos, so I'm glad I double-checked. Yes, it's very moisturizing, but it's not worth putting my remaining hair at risk.
For the first time, I used this moisturizer and left it on for the recommended amount of time before rinsing it out. My hair is now straw-colored. My stylist recommended this product to me, but I'm guessing she wasn't aware of the company's sale and the product's reformulation, as alcohol is listed as the second ingredient after water in the ingredients list. Putting alcohol on your hair, unfortunately, will almost certainly fry it! I was able to return this item because it did not perform as expected (yay!). ) It undid my stylist's months of hard work to make my hair smooth and conditioned.
I'm very depressed. For my fine-textured, long hair, I've been using this product for many years. It's been fantastic, and I've been a long-time customer. I didn't think twice when I got my most recent order in the new packaging, but the contents inside are now completely different. This conditioner has a different viscosity (it's not as thick), and every time I use it, my hair feels dry and staticky. Thank you, Joico (apparently sarcastic and dissatisfied). I've since switched to a brand recommended by my hairstylist (which is far superior to Joico's new formulation for my hair).
My hair is so soft and silky after using Joico moisture shampoo and conditioner, but this stuff made my hair a giant knot. I had to use detangler, biosilk, gel, and wrangle my hair with a comb and brush. I've had it with Amazon's knockoff hair products. I spent $91 at a beauty supply store on genuine Joico shampoo, conditioner, biosilk, and K-Cream. Pak. I bought all of them on Amazon, and they were all fake.
My hair and my daughter's hair are now covered in a waxy buildup. We were given a helmet head - With all of the wax on it, I can barely brush through it. Once I'd gotten all of the gunk out of my hair, I tried Joico's hydrosplash conditioner. This is a significant improvement.
This product is fantastic if you want to wear your hair curly naturally. My hair has never been so hydrated and luscious before. When I use this, it's really nice. It feels like butter when you comb the conditioner through your hair! Oh my goodness, I adore it. It's what I use when I don't do a blowout and instead let my hair air dry wavy or curly. It's extremely moisturizing, and it's an excellent product for people with 3A-type skin. 3C hair, which requires the use of high-quality conditioners rather than pomade or oils to keep it moisturized.
Let me begin by saying that this product is absolutely divine. I am an African-American woman with a beautiful mix of textures and curls in my hair. I've been natural for about 12 years and have probably tried every hair product on the market during that time, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that. I don't claim to be a trained professional in natural hair care, but I consider myself an expert, at least when it comes to my own hair. This item was extremely effective. It took me about three hours on average. I took 5 hours to properly comb and detangle my hair before using this product, and I was able to comb through it with ease after letting it sit in my hair for about 10 hours (from the time I got home from work until I woke up). I now use this product a few times per week, and my curls have never been more hydrated, and I've tried a lot of hydration treatments in the past. There is no better product for me and my hair for the price (I paid slightly more than $12 at the time).
This product was advertised as a Shampoo and Conditioner package when I purchased it. br>Because my sister is a hairstylist and was out of town, I couldn't buy the products from her, so I decided to try this instead because it was about the same price as what I would pay her for Shampoo and Conditioner, and that's what the listing said. So I thought, "Perfect!" Not only was it just the conditioner, but it also arrived late and didn't arrive until a few days after my sister returned. br>As a result, I had to spend twice as much money. br>br>BUT, while the product is excellent, the seller requires improvement.
