Since a Dermatologist told me about Alpha Keri oil during my Family Medicine Residency training, I've been using it for over 30 years. It absorbs quickly in the shower and keeps my extremely dry skin hydrated, even in the dry New England winters. My African-American friends were introduced to me. They have also remained loyal customers of Alpha Keri shower oil, as has their American husband and children. I'm disappointed that it doesn't appear to be available in stores anymore, but I'm glad that Amazon still has it.
A dermatologist advised me to use this 50 years ago to keep my skin from drying out. It's been that long since I've used it, and it's great. It is something I strongly suggest.
I use it in the bath and enjoy how it keeps my skin moisturized; I've been using it for over 50 years and it never fails to deliver.
I'm allergic to bath products, but this one doesn't irritate my skin. It can be added to bath water or applied directly to wet skin after a shower. It comes in handy when my skin gets dry in the winter.
It has a wonderful aroma. The product softens and absorbs quickly into the skin. It was still wet when I put it on. Things start to get a little slick and wonderful.
