Is the timer set for 16 or 30 minutes? I'm not sure whether you should leave them in for 16 or 30 minutes

The number 16 is printed on the box, while the number 30 is printed on the white strip package. I didn't notice until later, so I'm assuming it was 30, as I only did 16 with the light and saw no difference. I'm also unsure how many times you'll have to do it before seeing results. Also, instead of using gel as shown, you simply stick them on like Crest Whitestrips before turning on the light.
