Hello,This technique can be used on the lower teeth. Simply apply the whitening gel to the silicone tray, which will press the teeth against the tray and allow you to use it normally.

Is this something I can use if I have crowns or caps on my teeth?

Because crowns and caps are dental restorations rather than natural teeth, the product is safe to use on them, but it will not whiten them. This teeth whitening kit will only whiten natural teeth; crowns, veneers, and bridges will not be whitened with this kit. Those can't be whitened with a whitening product, so talk to your dentist about your options for cosmetic dentistry whitening.

Is the mouthpiece made of soft silicone or hard plastic?

The product was simple and convenient to use, which I appreciated. Cleaning was a breeze with the detachable trays. I wish the device was water resistant so that it could be used in the shower. br>It was difficult to ensure that all tooth surfaces were covered with the whitening gel application. I prefer the products that have paint on whitening gel. br>After three uses, I didn't notice much of a difference. br>At this price point, it's a good product if you use it regularly.
