Whitening lamp with LEDs that are effective- a brittle neck (which has now been broken)

The instructions were difficult to follow, and the neck (lamp portion) was difficult to adjust, and it eventually broke. BE CAREFUL NOT TO CHANGE THE LIGHT AT THE NECK; instead, move the head with your arm. However, this is a good product if you buy the whitening gel separately.
