It is determined by the type of tooth you have. If you have sensitive teeth, alternate between the white and blue gels. Do you combine a teeth whitening gel with a teeth whitening led light?

I use the teeth whitening pens in conjunction with the idoluster led light. This method of whitening will be more efficient than using whitening pens. However, you can simply use the teeth pens, which are extremely portable.

It was only 1/4 full, which surprised me. That isn't going to suffice! Why is it only 1/4 full when all of the other whitening gel pens are full? I'm extremely disappointed!.
