After that, you apply the second gel and wait 10 minutes before inserting the regular mouthpiece. You may rinse your mouth after that time has passed, but you must refrain from eating or drinking for at least 20 minutes. For a full week, the instructions state that you should repeat this process twice a day (morning and night). So, while it's simple to use, it does necessitate a significant time commitment: Every day, nearly 40 minutes are spent on this. br>br>Overall, I enjoy this kit, and it has served me well.
