To date, I have used the first 4 of the four sets and I am satisfied with my results! Using the product has made a difference in my life. It took me about 30 minutes to get used to it at first. I started at the 20 minute level (per my ortho's recommendation) and slowly increased it to an hour, two hours, etc. This is to avoid any sensitivity to the product.
