Each package comes with two (2) heads. To demonstrate, I've added a photo.
When these heads are attached to my Crest Spinbrush Pro, the circular part moves in a very short arc, while the back part moves from left to right. If the circle moved in at least a half circle and the back part moved up and down, the brush would be more effective. Not to place a classified ad, but The back brush of the Walmart Equate brand sweeps upward and rotates in a quarter circle. Although I am not a dentist, that appears to be a more effective brushing technique.
I've found that getting the Pro- version is the best way to go. Clean Spinbrush heads of the same brand as your spinbrush; some heads are made differently and may fit, but the brush may not work properly.

That was intentional on my part. The Pro Clean heads are excellent, leaving my teeth feeling refreshed, slick, and clean at all times. Because contact with the spin head is more like a massage than a harsh buffing like you might get with stiffer bristles or from poorer-quality products, my gums are always treated as well. toothbrushes of high quality "OK, Ron," you're probably thinking, "but how does that make it a fantastic deal?" The following are some of the reasons: The heads are interchangeable, so the Pro White toothbrush can use the Pro Clean heads. This allows you to change heads to focus on different aspects of oral care, effectively giving you several toothbrushes for the price of one. In addition, Amazon's Add-ons are a great way to save money. Brush heads are ridiculously cheap on the program, costing a fraction of what they would at a big-box store. Retailer who sells in a box and in a physical location. As a result, I replace the heads every few weeks at the first sign of wear to ensure that I always have the best, most up-to-date experience possible. The toothbrush is extremely long-lasting. I had my previous one for over two years and only replaced it because the batteries were depleting faster and the unit was becoming unusable.
Each of these has only lasted two to three weeks in the last few months before the rotating brush head starts skipping, as if the mechanism that causes this rotation has failed. This has happened on three occasions in a row. Just prior to this problem, there was a visible change to the brush heads, which appears to have caused mechanical premature failure. It's unfortunate because this was previously a very reliable product. Overall, two heads for the price I'm paying for a month's worth of service isn't a bad deal, but it's a lot worse than it used to be. I'll have to look into a less expensive option because I'm not aware of any comparable toothbrush heads that provide the same level of directional movement as these.
Amazon isn't going to be able to help you! After four days of use, the brush stopped spinning. It will not be replaced by Amazon. (This is the first time I've purchased them from Walmart, and I've never had a problem. ) I'm not going to buy anything else from Amazon again!.
Replacement brushes work, but not the originals. They are crookedly applied, and after the first head is removed, you must awkwardly hold the brush. I'm not sure why, but this is the second time the spinbrush has caused me problems, so here we are. Don't bother with replacement heads; instead, purchase the base brush and be aware that you will need to replace the entire brush. OR, you could just buy a different brush with replaceable heads.
I always use a gel toothpaste because it lasts a long time and does a fantastic job of keeping my teeth clean and my gums healthy. The battery-operated handle should last at least a year or longer. Simply put, I prefer the double action of these brushes to the circular action of many other brushes. This shipper gave me excellent service.
After receiving a discount on an Arm and Hammer toothbrush at CVS after Christmas a year ago, I decided to try it out. Replacing the brushes when they wear out is a good way to be environmentally conscious. One head, I believe, will last at least a month, if not two. It is an excellent offer. The only thing I don't like about it is that when I'm brushing my teeth, some part of the head pinches my tongue as I change angles. It doesn't hurt the tongue or leave any kind of mark, but it can be startling. It doesn't stop me from buying and using them, but it is a flaw I'd rather not have.
I usually buy medium bristle brushes because I think they do a better job. However, because these aren't as abrasive, they work just as well and are better for your gums, so if you're worried about the quality like me, you can trust these to get the job done. It's also a lot less expensive than trying to find medium bristles on Amazon.
It's been about a year since I bought it, and it's still going strong. When the heads needed to be changed, I did so. Depending on the battery, the battery life can last up to a month and a half. When changing the batteries, clean the battery compartment with alcohol or a cleaning wipe. If the unit doesn't work, double-check that the battery is installed correctly and that the compartment is securely closed.
