This item does not perform as expected. My toothbrush was not compatible with 220V electric power when I left the country six months ago, so I had to use it. My oral B toothbrush began to act strangely after using this charger. It would sometimes continue to run after being turned off, and other times it would not. br>After using this charger, my oral B began to malfunction. A toothbrush that cost $99 is now completely useless. Please avoid chargers that are unreliable, such as this one.

It matches my toothbrush, but it begs the question. Why wasn't this charger included when Braun first released the product? It's a German company with dual-voltage electric shavers, but the original charger could only handle 110 volts out of the box. For decades, I've used Oral B electric toothbrushes, which have always been single voltage. When I've traveled internationally, I've relied on the battery-powered model, but I'll be in Europe for a long time and want to use my electric.

It is actually more comfortable and charges more quickly! If your toothbrush is completely depleted of charge, place it on this charger for a few hours until you see a light indicating that the charging process has begun. I wasn't sure it was working at first, but after two hours, it was fine and charging my Oral B toothbrush quickly!.

240V AC (in Japan, it also works fine with 100V AC), which covers almost the entire globe. It's easy to pack in a suitcase due to its compact design and small footprint. br>br>The plug is for the US standard (which is compatible with that of Japan and the Philippines), but many high-end electronics use it. There is a US-grade hotel in every country. The bathroom vanity area has a compatible AC outlet labeled "for shaver only," which is ideal for this. br>br>However, for adequate preparation, I would still recommend bringing a plug adapter and a short US extension cord. br>br>BTW, the toothbrush body contains a battery, making it likely illegal to bring it on an airplane. in the luggage br>br>Have a great trip!.

We purchased this product for international travel, which typically necessitates the use of a 220V outlet. In the United States, an electric toothbrush comes with a charging unit. It was not suitable for international travel because it only works on 110V. The product does exactly what it says on the tin. Plugging in is easy in almost any situation thanks to the long cord.

This was purchased to replace a Braun charger that had failed and to use while traveling in Europe. br>br>Positive:br>The charger runs on 110 volts. I won't be able to put it to the test at 220 until I return to Europe. br>br>Negative:br>The post on which the toothbrush sits on the charger is not properly tapered. As a result, the toothbrush sticks to the charger, necessitating the use of two hands to remove it - one to hold the charger, the other to take the toothbrush out. This irritates me a great deal.

The fit between the charger and the toothbrush has been criticized by some reviewers, but mine fits perfectly and is not "tight. " " I've only tested it with 110v so far, and it's perfect. It reads 110. 220v on the bottom, but I haven't had the opportunity to test it out yet. a new acquisition- Because it's only a week old, I can't comment on how long it will last.

These chargers are compatible with both 110 and 220 volts. The only oddity is that it has a slightly tighter fit to the bottom of the toothbrush than the originals, which causes the toothbrush to stick to the charger a little, but this isn't a problem.
