In my opinion, the toothbrush brush that came with it was too soft.

It's described as a tooth polisher in the instructions.
I bought them for my 11-year-old daughter, who claimed to have done some research into them. None of this is something I use, but she does. I'd have no idea whether they'd get along. This was the first time I purchased these for her, and she insisted that they be of high quality.

If you want endless text messages with no instructions on how to unsubscribe, this toothbrush is for you. Also - They put me on some sort of auto-refill schedule, so I'm getting a lot of replacement heads that I don't need. Now I have to figure out how to unsubscribe from everything else on my to-do list! I would have signed up for them if I wanted a replacement or offers and reminders, as well as auto refills.
I bought this toothbrush for my wife. Her current brush head's bristles appeared to be attempting to flee from her teeth. She claims that they are effective and that her teeth are clean. I'd say they appeared to be in good condition, but she no longer smiles at me.
It doesn't fit properly, and the bristles start to fall out after the first use. The quality is terrible.
My burst tooth brush is one of my favorite things in the world. I bought it because I was concerned that my teeth were becoming yellow and wanted to see how an electric tooth brush worked. The results astounded me, and brushing my teeth became a pleasurable experience rather than a necessary evil. Unfortunately, that feeling has faded, and it is now a chore again haha. However, the same results, gleaming "white" teeth, continue to be obtained. My gums no longer bleed when I floss infrequently (Work in Progress)br>The Burst system's only disadvantage is the cost of the heads. They're a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, as the saying goes. I'll continue to buy these because they're great. I strongly advise you to get some of these, as well as a Burst tooth brush.
Edited: Burst messaged me right away and sent the missing heads, as well as another. I am extremely pleased with the customer service!! br>br>As a dental hygienist, I decided to try out the brush. The first one broke, and we were able to get it replaced after sending a video of it malfunctioning. Now when I order replacement heads, I only get one for $24! Three brush heads were supposed to be included. There isn't even a purchase option for a single brush head on this website.
At this point, I believe this will be my go-to source for Burst toothbrush replacement brush heads. Much easier than signing up for a monthly drop ship membership.
I'll be eternally grateful that I bought the broken toothbrush after doing some research! My teeth, gums, and breath are all polished and fresh, and every nook and cranny has been thoroughly cleaned. I'm not kidding when I say that I adore this toothbrush. It's simple to use, and it gives you four 30-second intervals in which to complete the four quads. Bam! Great fresh breath for a long time, and the look is very stylish in black, and the price is quite reasonable with two brush heads included, and the replacements are also quite reasonable. Brushing with this toothbrush is a joy! The battery lasts a long time, and the entire experience is a joy!.
This is one of the toothbrush's actual brush heads. On the first day after receiving my toothbrush, I broke the original brush head by accident.
