Taking out my aligners caused me to break my nails. I have found Outie to be a very valuable tool. It appears that the tool did not work for them as they reported in reviews. If you want to take your aligners out, you do not need to exert a lot of force. It is important to be patient and slowly remove the aligners from the teeth until they come loose. I need the tool a lot to take out my aligners and I knew it would be easy to loose something so small. far, I haven't left anything behind, but I have left them in different places where I would have to go get them, and since I live in a three story home and our bedroom is on the third floor, I would really not want to go downstairs to get my things. Because I have these extras, I have put one in just about every place where I might need one, and it has worked out well. It was rarely an issue for me previously, but now I know it's never an issue. I have no complaints about them because they work the same as the one that came That extra set was so much fun.

The 6th set of aligners I have been wearing is nearly out, and some have been easy to take out, but others have been a real pain No, not in a figurative sense! The fear I had of not being able to take out my aligners once the attachments had been installed led to the purchase of these tools. Although I found them more difficult to use than just prying out my aligners with my fingernails, I managed to use them. It is nice to know my ortho didn't give up on me when it came to taking out the aligners after attachments were removed. Starting at the lower right corner of your teeth, you’ll be working your way down. As for how I did it before attachments, that's how I did it myself. . . . . . . For the top aligners, their instructions were to extend my left hand and reach across to the left inside of the aligner, pulling up from the inside. We then did the opposite for the bottom aligners. I extend my left hand towards the right and reach- Pull down on the inside of my top aligner. It is extremely easy to remove the aligners once you have done that. In the end, I used my fingernails, as the tool worked okay but not as well as this tool. Also, I can eat whenever I like throughout the day without having to worry about picking up a few things throughout the day.
