When getting an appointment with your dentist for a broken tooth will take several days or longer, this product is ideal because it melts and molds into the broken area quickly. It can greatly aid chewing as well as prevent a sore mouth caused by the broken tooth's sharp edges. It's a good idea to have a few on hand at all times.
At first, these worked great, but I must have used too much for a missing filling, because after about a week, the material, which hardens into a hard plastic, began to turn outwards on the sides and dig into my gums and inner cheeks. It was excruciatingly painful and arduous to get rid of. I tried cutting off the part that was bothering me, but it was too difficult, so I had to pull out the entire temporary filling, which wasn't easy. I ended up having to use pliars! If you use it, make sure you don't use too much and keep it away from your gums!.
I'd give it five stars if I could. I followed the tiny minimal instructions to the letter (hope you have a magnifying glass). It did not harden, but it did become opaque after 24 hours. I can misshape it by squeezing it between my fingers. Make sure you don't throw your money away.
This can be used to temporarily fill in a missing fill in. It was very simple to use and I had no problems with it; I got a lot of bang for my buck.
These are packaged in a small box with two small plastic bags. I seriously doubt that they are safe to put in your mouth in the manner required to prevent infection. I didn't use them, so who knows how well they'll work, but I'm not willing to take the chance that if something doesn't seem right, it probably isn't.
It's as if you're in need of some sort of dental glue. What's more, it's see-through, so what's the big deal? LOL.
It is extremely reliable.
These are far too small to be useful. I'm not going to buy them again because I can't think of a good use for them. I strongly advise you to avoid purchasing them.
