2 1/2 years old should be able to handle it
5/5

With an age of 2 1/3 years old, the ARK's textured grabber has been a great tool for my sensory seeking child. Our family has tried many products from the company, including the Zvibe, but this is by far his favorite. It's softer and bendier than the other versions, which is what he While chewing his binkie nonstop during the day, he would chew on his hands, toys, books, cars, etc. We had zvibe tips that were too stiff for him (plus the vibration was too intense), but this has the proper amount of cushion. In the past he has tried lower-cost ones from other brands, but he discards them The problem with this one is that it works! The object is easy for him to grasp. His favorite things to chew on are numerous different areas of the grabber, and he also likes to keep it While he is in OT therapy, I have seen that he is much more focused on the fine motor tasks when he uses this grabber. Instead of chewing on the therapy toys, he will participate fully in the sessions and engage in them. My wife and I love this so much, it is hard to explain how much. I've been able to save my life with it! My daughter loves to chew on this and I am grateful that she was suggested it by her therapist! If your child loves to chew, then let them try this.

It's nice to chew on, both for adults and for kids
4/5

So to be frank, I made my way to this site because I'm looking for chew toys that would be suitable for adults. When he was a child, we used those "NUK" sticks, but this would have been a far better item to help him if only it was better geared up This is well-known. The feeding therapists or anyone else I've spoken to about this did not tell me! Whatever the case, I ordered I will give him one, and he will give me one. In terms of my son, he is currently 3 years old, and he has played with and chewed on this some, but has not shown keen interest. In my opinion, I wish I'd heard about these at an earlier date. The book is great and the quality is very high These chews would have provided more textures, and would be a great asset for fixing all the problems with dental hygiene. The same would have been true for teething, even at an earlier age. There would be no need for teething rings or similar products because of this. I think that's all I have to say. In addition to eating when idle (even if I am not hungry), I chew on things like pens, etc. , and I thought to myself one day that a chew toy for the mouth would fulfill its need and not add too many calories to my diet. Perhaps you can burn off a little stress as well. My path eventually led me to this 'grabber', I settled on this, and I'm pretty happy with it. It's a really nice product. Also, the silicone used to make it is pretty indestructible. I'd like to make it clear that it's not I like it because it's chewy. You can chew on soft rubber like that. Although I used a moderate force at first to prevent causing damage to my tooth, it seems no matter how hard I bite it, even with the sharp parts of my molars, it springs back, and the surface is completely untouched. While I suspect it may be damaged if I attempted to do so. It has served its purpose of being something to chew while at the computer while idly chatting with friends. This has had plenty of positive effects for all "normal folks," who might think adult chew toys are weird. * * Remember the dog toys take priority when they talk about cleaning the teeth and strengthening the gums. As I chew on this, I realize Please note I like the way the texture knobs press between my teeth and massage my gums. As a result of my mouth producing saliva, I am able to control the function of my glands and also keep my teeth clean. Please note I feel like my teeth are feeling clean from the rubbery texture that rubs against my tooth enamel. Please note The chewing of this grabber will help you strengthen your Masseter and Temporalis muscles, and possibly your other jaw muscles as well. (In which case the muscles may be mildly sore for the first few days. )* After chewing on this for a while the first time, everything felt different after I finished it, like I just flossed 15 times, and my jaw felt differently aligned (straighter). I have also taken the time to stretch my jaws apart after chewing on this because chewing on this is a kind of 'concentric phase' of an exercise, and I did not want my muscles to tighten up because of it. From never focusing on chewing to suddenly doing a lot of chewing, you will need to treat it like any other exercise, including stretching and being careful not to take it too far. It's a good idea.

If we humans chew regularly, we might gain a lot in the same way we do for dogs. In many cases, TMJ (lockjaw) occurs as a result of the atrophy of these muscles. TMJ patients are advised to do jaw exercises to prevent this condition. There is another thing we can do to maintain the health of a totally overlooked muscle group. In the two days following the start of chewing on this grabber, I fluoridated my teeth (I never That's good to hear), and flossing did not stress my gums at all - My gums had been exercising and had become stronger as a result. ***Update*** *** 2012- The following 26 days are in the month of December Although I no longer have to workout my jaw for it (it has grown stronger and adapted), the silicone has started to weaken, allowing those time texture nubs to fall A simple oval nub about 1/8" in diameter measures 3/16" long It is not really a choking hazard due to its shapes. A range from 30 to I love it. Haha. It's okay to say that the nubs have continued to fall off, and now the silicone on the long end no longer springs back. The inside of it is deteriorating, and it is starting to split (from the inside out), so it is evident that it is not going to It's not as easy as breaking it open, so I have to be more gentle. As I idly chew on it (just like I would a pen as I type here), the loop end would be even easier to chew, but that's quite awkward to chew without your hands. ***Decembre 2013 Updat***BR> I was 27 years old at the time Ok, so this is good, but it's not gonna last. From the last update to now, whenever the end starts to 'fray', I cut it back with As a result, the chew toy is more shaped like a 'U' now rather than a 'P'. While it would be possible (but not likely) for a child to bite off (vigorously pull) a chunk large enough to cause choking, it would be difficult. It's inevitable that any chew toy will wear out over time, no matter how awesome.

Her favorite part of this is that I carry it attached to her carrier and she suckles on it all the time
4/5

She had reflux at the time it was purchased, so she had food aversions. It may be of assistance to you. There was no one I could turn to. My doctor prescribed me this medication and I was a lot safer, so I'm not sure whether it helped. Nevertheless, we consider it to be a treasure. She always sucks on it even when I take it out of the carrier.
I feel good because it has the texture and gives her a chance to taste different textures while at the same time she has something to bite.
Pros
- The bib is easy to clean (I used it to play with her when she was eating, so if it got dirty, I could clean it)
The lightest available
The object is both functional and a toy all at once. The rope can be easily connected to anywhere* and I'm free to move. A great way to grab something*Cons
- It is not possible for me to find a toy. However, I cannot say I used it for what it was really designed to do

I find it great for babies who are extremely alert. The first time my daughter asked for food was very early in the morning and this is something she really liked to grab.

A great feed therapy product
5/5

The chewing test is used both by my son and his therapist. He had difficulty in strengthening his jaw. It has made such a huge difference for him since using this that he can chew things like pizza now!.

In spite of the fact that the product description says it has texture, I did not realize how much there was
4/5

My fault. In any case, I went to the store and bought the one without texture for my son.

Exactly what I needed
5/5

I am a dad of a 3 yo girl with PDDNOS who A tongue flapping is her way of expressing her 'arm flapping. ' If she moves it around in public, especially when she is raw, there is a chance of her getting nauseated This was a great way to help her remove her pacifier before it was too late. Taking on the role of a big girl and writing about all the things she can do without a paci (sleep, play, etc. ), I wrote a social story. In addition, I included a picture of the P chewy tube at the end of the book. Despite being strong, easy to clean, and flexible enough to chew comfortably, it is strong enough to be easily broken. There's no question she always has this or one of the chewable necklaces on her, if not Having a social life gives her a much better sense of self Based on the age of the person This can be achieved by providing her with a variety of oral sensory stimulation. It is also a favorite of my teething one year old!.

Teething and oral motor development will be made easier with this product
5/5

As part of oral motor development with my son, I have started using these toys. In the meantime, I began giving them to friends who have teething babies, and they absolutely loved This one is given because it is textured and has a handle to hold. The chew toys are for my son, who has Down syndrome, and he likes to chew on his fingers. The toys provide him with the necessary.
