It is great to have a TENS/EMS machine like the POHAKU! No issues so far. Does exactly what it says on the tin. My order was delivered on the following Tuesday after I placed it on Sunday. I was very happy with the shipping. My favorite thing about the device is that it is portable and does not add much bulk. As a result of a separate health issue, I suffer from chronic pain syndrome. In the end, I feel far more relaxed after the TENS unit has been used after a long day on a Break or in between days. Since TENS stimulators are used to provide short term relief of pain, it is natural to use the device a lot. It is not like I use the device a certain amount of days but the pain does not go away. That would indicate that you have bought the device for the wrong reason. In addition, I like that it has 4 channels, unlike most portable devices I have seen that only have 2. With its 24 modes of electrical stimulation, it can provide an incredible amount of relief. It's great that it has a lock mechanism so if you forget to put the device in your pocket or lay it on its side in your bed or something, you won't accidentally press a button and change the settings you've set.
To sum it up, I love this product and I recommend it to all of my friends.

Having worked with these units before, I was never served by one that is rechargeable. My battery has been full only halfway since I bought it and I have used it almost daily since then! This brand of product, at this price point, could use some work on the manual, but that's the way things are with this type of product. My jaw dropped when I saw how long the battery lasted, considering how much smaller the unit is than a It only took about two or three minutes for me to solve the problem after playing around.
I only have one complaint—it does not come with a belt clip, but I saw it in the picture.

Since I have been trained as a physical therapy assistant in electric stimulation, I know how to set other TENS units, but even without the training, this would be ideal because it's already programmed, so it wouldn't require much effort to get to work. Change setting. My favorite feature of the TENS unit is the 4-ports, which allows me to target both sides of my back at once.
I live with chronic pain and the TENS unit and a heating pad are the things keeping me going at the moment. In addition, I like that this is a rechargeable device so I don't have to buy batteries all the time or worry about them.

It appeals to me that there are four places to attach wire leads at an affordable price point. Besides being powerful, it has a lot of features. The fact that it has so many options is nice, but I accidentally push the button to switch the mode when I wanted to go to the other side. After that, I have to push that button many more times to get it back to where it was. A side "A" is to the left and a side "B" is to the right "B" is the second side of the card. Additionally, you can choose how you want the electric pulses to sound. Because I press the wrong button so often, I spend a great deal of time back and forth. If you change the pulse, you then have to turn the strength back up again from zero every time. It has taken me a while to figure this out, but I finally have a system down. I believe that it is a nice, pocket sized tens unit, which allows for up to four cables (8 pads) to be used simultaneously. The control of two wires is given by side "A" and the control of the other two is given by side "B". This is an excellent price.
