Every person is different, so it is a hard question to answer. There are so many things I enjoy about this. I like that it's a good amount for my small hands, it's a handful and it's perfect! When I need something in my hand while in therapy or when I just need something in hand, I use it. Works well for my attention deficit disorder. The tape does not stick to things or get stuck, so that is a major advantage!.

In my experience, the 4 oz size is a good size ball. It isn't too soft nor too hard just right in the middle, not too soft nor too hard.
I found the amount and consistency to be the right one to do hand exercises as recommended by my hand therapist. It is not sticky, and It's as though the product never seems to come apart once it's returned to the container, even if I break it into separate balls.
