A few months ago, I bought an LED scale that I hadn't used for a while, but I wasn't sure if it's accurate anymore, despite the fact it was a nice, new-style scale without the need for a smartphone The ones coming out are new to me, so I was excited to try one. Earlier today, I had a doctor's appointment that was about ten minutes away The appointment took place in a conference room. As I sat on their high-heels, they took my weight- LED scale on which I received a reading showing my weight was 116 pounds. Then, I drove home and stepped on my new scale to make sure it was reading the same as the one at the doctor's office. I had worn the same clothing that I had on when I got on the scale at the doctor's office. My weight was 113 according to this Wyze scale The weight should be three (3) pounds. There are differences. It is simply not acceptable for me. My scale showed 116 pounds when I stepped on it, even though I've owned it for a few years. The reason for my return was based solely on this reason. Also, I did not like having a scale that I had to open an app in order to operate because I had to show my phone to the scale. Over time, I found it inconvenient as I couldn't just 'step on' the scale anywhere I felt like it and whenever I decided It had to be opened with my phone before I could use it. You'll need to open the app, then you'll be able to use it. My response to that was a definite I think it should work both ways, with or without the app, since I am not bothered by the other information it gives you and the fact that it is free. It was just the weight that I needed. Anyhow, much to the delight of some, I did not find it to my liking, not to mention that the weight reading was off by 3 pounds. Due to the fact that the goods were totally unacceptable, I was forced to return them. This scale looked good in its box and is of good quality.

This is very This scale provides me with plenty of data and the connection to my Wyze account and phone was simple. there are a few things I dislike. In the beginning, the app wants to know your location, which I have enabled just for the time I am using it Although it continually took me back to this setting when I enabled it, it nagged me about it until I made it track all the time (I have since reverted to only when the app is active). In addition, I don't need my location to be known all the time for an app for a scale. Second, the heart rate feature has a very inconsistent success rate. Only twice out of 12 attempts has it managed to register a reading.

Your scale has been on my desk for a little over a week and I am extremely happy with it. I'm not a techie nor am I 74 years old, but I was pleased with how easy it was to set up! The Wyze scale was neatly integrated into your app since I use your Wyze cameras. It is accurate, as well as my BMI, heart rate and so on. Such accurate readings compare with my doctor's reports! As an added bonus, it adds my weight loss stats automatically, giving me that daily motivator to maintain a healthy weight! The next follow-up date has been set for June 14, 2020 This is the third time I've been extremely happy with the Since showing it to my husband, he too has fallen in love with it, especially the numerous body parts available. On a scale of this size, you can easily track methods by simply standing on it. Additionally, I am very pleased with the modern design of the scale, it does not "look" like a bathroom scale.

It says in writing on the product descriptions on Amazon and its own website that it currently syncs with multiple 3rd Party Apps. It would have been cheaper to buy a similar scale for 1/2 the price, but since I use the Samsung Health App, I paid an extra fee to get the Wyze scale that syncs with my app. not sync to this app, which prompted me to contact Wyse Customer Support, who confirmed that it does not sync to the Samsung Health App, even though they advertise that it WILL work in the future because they "hope" to have that feature available. I feel this is the definition of FALSE MARKETING! It is a shame that Wyse did this!.

The Wyze cameras we have are great products, and we log into them on our various phones with the same password. It proved impossible to add multiple users to that account in order to use the scale. While the scale was working just fine, it kept disconnecting from the scale and claiming the batteries were dead. Scales weren't found, extra profiles weren't found, "duplicate" profiles were found, but they weren't offered for deletion - but the software didn't offer this to happen. We must redesign the entire interface for the unit in order to make it possible to use for the entire family. My efforts to get the connections working failed after two days, so after struggling with it, I returned the product. As soon as I filled out the return information, the system displayed the return label. The author said postage would have to be added to the mailing and to use USPS. Will I be required to pay for postage for returning a product that's not working? OK, I understand The Post Office weighed the package, checked the size, and estimated the postage cost to be two dollars more than I paid for the scale in postage. I returned it to the Post Office after I sealed it up and placed it in the original box. This is absurd. I therefore abandoned the attempt to return the item. Despite my efforts, I did not receive a response from the seller.
If you don't mind keeping this thing even if it doesn't work for your family, you can look forward to keeping it. It's your call whether to buy it or not. I might be able to make it To my way of thinking, it might be a good idea to keep your money or switch products.
