There's a really nice Tanita scale at the clinic. My goal was to find something similar at home to use. That's so cool I found it! The paper print out from the Tanita scale and the reading from the Renpho scale (taken several hours later) are attached. It is striking how similar they are! Putting the setup together took just a few minutes. The scale was taken out of its box, the app was downloaded and I hopped on it. The app automatically synchronized with my FitBit as well.

As the reviews on this product were somewhat mixed, I wasn't really sure what to expect. Prior to purchasing the REHPHO Smart Scale, I did lots of research on what to look for and decided to purchase it because it was FDA approved, inexpensive, and most of the online reviews were positive.
I was really surprised at how accurate it After getting a scan at my gym (super futuristic kind of stuff) and manually calculating my stats, as you can see in the image below, the results I got on the scale were almost identical to my manual calculations and matched the results I got from the scan. I'll note that the batteries that came with the product were non-functional. I placed them in the scale and it did not light up. As soon as I replaced them with the regular Duracell batteries the lamp came on. The previous scale I used had calipers and helped me track my weight religiously. But I got off the wagon when I had a baby and needed to get back on it again. This scale still gives you the amazing convenience and tracking abilities of calipers but at a more affordable cost The software presents all of the data and graphs (weight, body fat percent, BMI, etc. ). The other amazing thing about this program is that not only does it sound easy, but it has been something I depend on every day, even though I have a newborn who has high needs. It is very beautiful and has a nice display. It only shows when it is stepped upon. only reason this reviewed is 4 stars is that the manual does not explain all of the features as well as it could. The scale I use does not display body fat information, and I do not know where to find The user settings for multiple users are also unclear to me.
