As a side effect, it may cause a dry throat, over inflamed upper chest, and a dry throat. The benefits of this are that it will strengthen your lung capacity - try it! Rest assured that this is neither a lemon nor a poisonous noxious gas, but if you're trying to improve your breathing, it needs to be slow, light, and deep. The only reason I am sending mine back is that I did not see the packaging in advance.
