Questions & Answers

My primary breathing method is chest breathing, so I am currently trying to find a tool to help me with abdominal breathing (Belly breathing). Do you think that this device can help with belly breathing?

By doing so, you will be able to breathe deeply. It may take some concentration for you to learn to breathe from the belly instead of the chest as you need to focus on making the process When you breathe in or out through this device, there is more effort involved. You might be able to focus on the style of breathing due to this increased effort.

When and how are you going to use the equipment?

Holding it in your mouth and breathing through it is all that is required. Your respiratory muscles work harder as you inhale since the resistance creates more resistance. The harder they work, the stronger and more durable they are. It is a theoretical proposition. While I cannot say for sure if this is true, I like mine and it does seem to work.

Other than mucus removal, what is the difference between this product and airphysio natural breathing lung expansion and mucus removal device?

Unfortunately, there's no way to adjust the breathing &amp noise levels for the current version of the app Can't return it because they wouldn't let me

Is there a way to clean it once it has been used? How much boiling water can I use?

Cleaning the mouthpiece in hot water is easy with the removable part.

It is easy to adjust the resistance so that it is as easy or as hard as you like
5/5

Since I was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy at the start of this year, I have noticed that less air is being taken in, and I am running out of air as I speak. My lungs needed exercising and strengthening, so I sought out an exercise program. Use it easily and it is very simple If you feel that it is too easy or too hard to blow in or out, you can alter the resistance. This house is so easy to keep There is a bit of a gap between the mouthpiece and my teeth, but it is This is something I use on a daily basis, and I do about 30 reps per session. I am convinced that it is good for your lungs, and I can see how it may enable them to function. I buy most of my goods online, which is why I value honesty and rely heavily on product reviews, so I offer an honest evaluation so others can make an informed decision.

A great leisure activity for lazy people
5/5

Smokers can exercise their lungs using this device. The act of breathing underwater three times a day for five minutes straight is a great way to trim your waist. It exercises your diaphragm, which helps you lose your belly fat. It takes dedication and patience, though, because it does not.

The price is reasonable, and the software is We are at an early stage of this My next move will be to follow up on this
5/5

As part of my hiking and biking preparation, I bought this to condition my breathing. This is where I experience my limitation most of the time, as if I'm running out of breath. It might be helpful to have some practice climbing in higher elevations before my hike in the Sierra Nevada. Despite the fact that there were detailed instructions included, a few words were misspelled, There are clear instructions, but they also offer tips and advice on how to manage and temper your exercises so you get the maximum benefit without overdoing it. Adjustments allow you to exercise breathing in as well as exhaling - you get the most benefit from each. I think that is awesome. I really like it because it is so simple, so clear, and so inexpensive. Thanks guys!.

It was only $15 and I was glad to find it
3/5

This product caught my attention because I thought it would have more to offer. It's not happening. There were packages as if you'd pick them up off a grocery store's end cap. It would have been better if it was sealed or more secure than it turned out to be. No matter how hard it is, the breathing is not too challenging. Secondly, there is the drainage of saliva. There's nothing good about it. Although I know vent holes are necessary, I find it disgusting when saliva drips through them. The mask is just a small extra charge I will pay.

My experience with the product has been good so far
4/5

I have been using it for about two months, and so far, it does what it says it will do. Besides being light weight, easy to maintain, easy to operate, and comfortable to wear, it is also easy to clean. An exerciser that fits in your mouth fits like a mouthpiece. Several people have mentioned saliva leaking out of this product in the reviews of this product that I have seen. As far as I know, I have not experienced this. Before I work out and after I work out, I breath in and out 25 times. My level of difficulty has reached its highest point. During the first two months of my promotion, I climbed the ladder steadily. It is a huge difference in how strong my breathing has become every few days.

Inhalation practice is pretty good with this
3/5

Inhalation practice is pretty good with this. While it works slightly better than the PowerLung, which lets you train through exhalation as well, it doesn't come close to its rival. There is a significant cost advantage to using this method. A little bit of discomfort was felt by the mouthpiece.

Neither a refund nor an exchange is available if it does not work
3/5

Worked fine before but now does not. You'll not be moving the ball inside, which is supposed to float to strengthen your lungs. This is why it doesn't do anything. This item is defective. However, the company will not return it or replace it. Keep your eyes open. The item is yours once you've received it, no matter how defective it may be.

Thanks for posting this! I am glad I found it! My lungs seemed to be working a bit better after this
5/5

In addition to having an autoimmune disease, I have trouble breathing because my lungs are inflamed. Following a couple of weeks of using it, I have noticed that it has improved my breathing. Although there is a plastic taste, but you only use it for a minute or two at a time. It is not so bad when you think about how good.
