This has been used by my mom suffering from ALS for almost a year to maintain her lung strength since her medical professional told her she was losing it. has not experienced any breathing problems and her lungs are doing well with the breathing machine. She uses it every day to get ready for work. A silicone mouth piece is so essential with her weak lips because it is the only way she can maintain a The device is removable, so she is able to remove it and use it with another lung exercise device that did not come with it. It's a great device but its price is over the top for such a simple plastic design. It'd be nice if it were more affordable so that anyone who needs it could afford to buy one.

There have been no disappointments for me. You will gradually be able to control your breathing once you learn to do it. As many people had suggested that we simply breathe through a straw instead, I wasn't sure what to think about this product initially. After losing 50 pounds through moderate aerobic exercise I found that I did not have the kind of breathing support I wanted for my workouts even after a year of regular exercise, so I began researching breath trainers. Following comparison with many models, I settled on this one (I wouldn't have picked "Iron Girl". After using it on a medium resistance setting (5-6) for several days, however, I opted for the cheapest model. Yes, that's correct The first time I noticed noticeable growth of lung capacity was after just six or seven days of breathing with it between 20-24 hours a day Counting on ten breaths a set, you breathe 30 times a day. While I'm not certain if others will gain as much benefit from this exercise as I did, I had already been exercising regularly for more than a year and I have also been meditating, which involves deep breath While exercising did improve my lung capacity, it didn't do so nearly as quickly and at the same level as this little device. I'll be purchasing the Medium Resistance Model soon to continue to build my lung capacity.
