My mouth piece has a made in USA stamp on it, and it came in a sealed ziplock bag, so I feel at ease when I use it. There is nothing more comfortable than the mouth piece. This toothbrush is the smallest of all the brands I tried, and was the only one that didn't hurt my gums. All the others I tried were very stiff and caused problems with my gums.
