It works as expected and Adjust the exhalation without a separate adjustment It did not get a 5 star review for one reason only I'm not sure how much that I've so far used it wide open without much resistance, but I intend to build up to an even bigger resistance. The unit is pretty slobbery and so easy to take apart that I have to wash it after every use. The price is right Compared to most others, it is half or less There are probably at least four points to be given. A 5 out of 5.

In many recent articles, breathing exercises have been recommended as a good means of reducing high blood pressure and improving lung function. Easy to use and on a budget, this device was the best option. It would be highly recommended for anyone who wants to try breathing exercises, but does not want to spend a ton of money.

Things didn't work out like we Despite being a soft piece, the mouth piece requires teeth and fingers to hold it This one did not fit well, it was bulky, and a narrower mouth piece might have worked better to hold with pursed lips, it has no markings to identify the resistance level, and it will not work while standing up

It is flexible and comfortable in my mouth, and it provides a very consistent level of resistance. After getting it, I haven't been using it much since then because the air quality has been poor for days on end. It is not clear to me whether it is a good idea to use it at the moment.
