Do the filters need to be replaced after a certain amount of time, and are they necessary for the ?

Because I only breathe through the trainer, I should be able to keep my filter for a long time. As I use it a few times a day, this breath trainer has helped me breathe easier on our long runs. There are very few lung trainers that compare to this one. There's a lot of value in the calibration marks. In addition to developing my diaphragm muscles, I use it to train my running.
