Its wide range of inspiratory and expiratory resistance levels is designed to meet the needs of any individual. For competitive athletes, the resistance starts low for patients receiving respiratory rehab, then gradually goes up towards a high level for those who are experiencing physical stress. Shortness of breath, endurance, and breath holding are improved. The valve only has one moving part. You turn it to the left to decrease the air flow in order to create more resistance and to the right to create less resistance.

It is very compact at only 4 inches tall (pocket sized) and you can bring it anywhere and use it anywhere. This is an extremely comfortable chair. It's very comfortable and provides excellent fit and seal, thanks to its strong medical grade silicone material. As soon as you put it in your mouth, you shouldn't even have to hold it by your hand.

High Durability - The material is made from heavy duty plastic and is rust free.
