I recently upgraded from the Breather to the Breather Voice, which I originally purchased as a therapeutic device when I was diagnosed with asthma. The specifications are as follows: RANGE OF RESPIRATORY INJURY: a range of 52 cmH2O to 31 cmH2O; ADULT RANGE OF HEALTHY OPTIONS: a range of 243 cmH2O to 126 cmH2O I bought the Breather Voice (specs: ) after easily completing all of the settings. br>ADULT HEALTHY RANGE - Continue Respiratory Muscle Training (335 cmH2O to 250 cmH2O). I hope this information is useful.

This $65 "Breather Voice" was purchased as an upgrade to the blue model I had previously purchased. Let me be clear about something: The performance of these two models is identical. Zero. Both models have the exact same inhale and exhale resistance! $65? For what? It was a total waste of money. I have a strong sense of having been duped.
Every lesson begins with my students and me using the Breather Voice device, which was recommended to me by a very knowledgeable speech therapist in our area who uses it with all of her vocal rehab patients. br>br>On both inhaled and exhaled breaths, this device strengthens the diaphragmatic muscles. Nothing else that I'm aware of supports good tone quality as directly and as easily as this.
This device performs admirably, and the accompanying app makes breathing sessions a breeze. You'll enjoy it if you give it a try!.
The device itself is functional and simple to operate. I like that you can adjust the resistance levels for inhale and exhale separately. It can help you improve your vocal strength and breath control. br>Because it's all plastic, the instruction and app are what you pay the most for, and I didn't get much use out of either. I could barely get through the instructional videos because I couldn't stand watching the person in them. Not that she wasn't being clear; I just found her demeanor irritating, and she took far too long to give simple instructions. Also, the training session suggestions in the video differ from those in the instruction book that comes with the device; you'll have to watch the videos to see how to use the device properly because the instruction book is a little vague on that.
We have all of these gadgets and weights to help us train our muscles, but we don't have anything to help us train our lungs. br>I am a pretty dedicated workout fanatic, so it only makes sense to me to train your lungs, which, while they do get some training when you push yourself cardiovascularly, this is a tool that is specifically designed to strengthen your lungs. br>At the time of writing this review, they offer three varieties: regular, fit, and voice. From what I understand, the regular has lower resistance, which is great for people with COPD issues, whereas the fit and voice have higher resistance, and in reality, I'm not sure if there is much difference between the voice and fit other than the training program. br>Speaking of training programs, they have a nice website with videos and an app you can download that is really well done, it will track your progress and give you visual queues on the entire process. . . and the best part is that this training takes less than 10 minutes a day. . . br>There are 6 resistance levels on the Inhale and 5 resistance levels on the Excel, and I have already worked my way up to level 4 on both levels in a matter of weeks so h.
So, when I saw this, I realized that it might be useful in strengthening my voice; it definitely works the muscles that support my diaphragm, and I've already noticed a difference. I finally understand how my father, who had a soft voice, could project so well when speaking in public. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. br>br> I hope it was of use to you.
This product is both enjoyable and relaxing. Diaphragmatic breathing is aided, resulting in more oxygen being delivered to all of your organs and cells. When you use it, it feels great and aids in meditation. I strongly suggest it.
My daughter studies performing arts at a local high school. She has a lot of talent, but one of her issues is the lack of power in her voice. This handy tool is assisting her in developing better air control, which is unquestionably important. It appears to be well-made, light, and simple to use. br>br> I didn't see a small carry bag, which would have been useful, but everything else was fine. It's quite interesting.
